Twice, now, Dan has taken our ridiculously detailed lists of requirements, and found that barely-advertized house in a place we hadn't thought to look that was actually within the ballpark of our stated price range. Both turned out to be just what we wanted. He provided detailed advice and help with negotiations, paperwork, and dealing with city government, both before and after our purchases. He has stayed in touch without pestering and has been available to answer questions, solve problems, or simply hold hands, years after our purchases were complete. We don't ever intend to buy another house, but if we have to, he'll be our first call.
